True Flow Gutter Co. ("we", "us") is a gutter and drainage service based in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, address or neighbourhood, the service you need and any message you add. We only use this to contact you about your request, prepare a quote and do the work you book.

If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your job.

Who processes it

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers quote-form submissions to our email inbox.
• Google hosts our email (Gmail).
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may collect basic, anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies).

Some of these providers may store data outside Canada. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and warranty obligations, then delete them.
